Dave Costner

Dave studied Forestry and Surveying at Oklahoma State University and began his surveying career in 1978. He received his PLS in Colorado in 1988. In 1991, he co-founded GeoSurv. Inc. in Lafayette, CO. Over the next 23 years, through his leadership, GeoSurv proudly served the Front Range and Rocky Mountain regions of Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming. Dave has always been instrumental in the implementation of the latest surveying technologies and has extensive experience in boundary, route, topographic design, hydrographic, and heavy construction surveys. Dave joined Topographic Land Surveyors in 2014. As Director of Rocky Mountain Operations for Topographic Land Surveyors he strives to continue the high standard of surveying excellence and customer service he’s developed in over 40 years in the Rocky Mountain Region.
