Kael Rude

Kael Rude has a wealth of experience in the language and localization industry. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at KJ International Resources as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing global translation projects and managing client relationships. Kael then joined Hollstadt Consulting, BoomLab as a Project Management Consultant, where they handled complex initiatives for various clients. In 2014, Kael became a Senior Project Manager at Prisma International, leading the design and development of a localization platform for a Fortune 50 retailer. Kael also implemented operational excellence initiatives to streamline project management processes. Kael joined UnitedHealth Group - Optum in 2015 as a Program Manager and later moved to United Language Group as a Strategic Account Manager, overseeing enterprise-level healthcare payor accounts. In 2020, Kael became a Senior Strategic Account Director at RWS Group, focusing on strategic accounts. Currently, Kael holds the position of Senior Director of Business Development at Toppan Digital Language.

Kael Rude obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Minnesota, where they attended from 2005 to 2008.
