Brian Shea

Brian Shea currently serves as the Director of Engineering/Manufacturing Support at TOPPAN Packaging Americas since April 2025. Prior to this role, Brian had an extensive tenure at Sonoco, where responsibilities included positions as Marketing Manager and Plant Manager across multiple facilities. Brian also gained experience as an Associate Plant Manager at Sonoco. Earlier in their career, Brian interned at Kellogg Company in various roles focused on continuous improvement and logistics innovation. Brian began the professional journey at Western Michigan University, where an undergraduate assistant position was held, while earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management from the same institution between 2008 and 2012.
