Mac Malchow has a diverse work experience in the food industry, starting with their role as a Bartender & Expediter at Shaffer's Supper Club from 2004 to 2009. Mac then served as a Marketing Intern at PJD Investments, Inc. d/b/a Toppers Pizza from 2010 to 2011, where they gained experience in executing local store marketing events and managing marketing activities. Mac's career at Toppers Pizza began in 2011 and included various roles such as Field Marketing Coordinator, Field Marketing Manager, and Franchise Development Associate, where they recruited and guided new franchisee prospects through the discovery process. Mac later became the Director of Field Marketing, responsible for marketing training of franchisees and developing marketing plans for new store introductions. Mac then moved on to become the Director of National Marketing, where they worked closely with agency partners to create messaging strategies and manage the National Advertising Fund. Mac'smost recent role at Toppers Pizza is Vice President of Development, where they are currently responsible for driving development efforts.
Mac Malchow earned their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Mac attended the university from 2007 to 2010. During their time there, they focused on Marketing as their major and also pursued a minor in Accounting.
