Thomas Skoda is an experienced professional currently serving as a Cellar Tech at Toppling Goliath Brewing Co. since April 2023. Founded in 2009 Toppling Goliath Brewing Company was a runaway success, in less than a decade TG has become world renown it's IPA and barrel-aged beers. In order to meet overwhelming demand, construction on a new facility has begun in TG’s birthplace, Decorah, Iowa. Toppling Goliath continues to head the pack, crafting Big Beers Brewed in Small Batches.
