Cesar Ignacio Rodriguez Julia completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degrees at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 2000 to 2006. In 2008, they pursued an MBA in Comercial Distribution at ceco, and also completed an intensive course in Foreign Trade at CECO in the same year.
