Surabhi began their work experience as an intern at Trendyourway, a digital marketing agency, in October 2019. In this role, they worked with various tools such as Zoho for email marketing and automation, Zoho Social and Buffer for social media marketing, and performed tasks such as keyword planning and blogging.

In February 2020, Surabhi started a role as a Social Media Marketer, where they curated a brand's social channels, monitored audience comments, managed social media partnerships, created shareable videos and images, and executed digital marketing campaigns. Surabhi also analyzed data results from these campaigns, worked on illustrations and memes for the accounts, and tracked the website's traffic and content performance.

Currently, Surabhi holds a position as a Growth Specialist at Toprankers since December 2020, although specific details about this role are not provided.

From 2019 to 2020, Surabhi attended MICA | The School of Ideas and obtained a Post Graduate degree in Digital Marketing.
