Maria Sihombing worked at Topremit as a Finance Specialist starting in December 2022 and as Finance Operations from September to December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at PT. Pegadaian as Marketing and Digi Corner from August 2021 to February 2022.

Maria Sihombing pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Universitas Sumatera Utara. Maria attended the university from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, Maria completed their high school education at SMA NEGERI 5 MEDAN, specializing in Mathematics and Computer Science. Maria obtained their high school diploma from there, completing their studies from 2014 to 2017.
