Barry Gantenbein

Barry Gantenbein is an experienced editor and writer with a diverse background in journalism and content creation. Currently serving as the Editor of TOPS News at TOPS Club, Inc. since August 2019, Gantenbein previously held the position of Senior Editor at High Velocity Communications, where responsibilities included writing online content, magazine stories, and editing for various business-to-business publications from December 2006 to August 2019. Barry's editorial expertise was further honed at Western Builder Magazine, where award-winning feature and news stories were produced from January 1998 to December 2006. Earlier roles include freelance writing for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, as well as reporting for West Bend Daily News, Waukesha Freeman Newspaper, and Chicago Heights Star, covering a range of topics including government and education. Gantenbein holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and creative writing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
