James Bishop

James (Jay) Bishop is the Chief Underwriting Officer at Topsail Re with a background in reinsurance underwriting, having held various senior positions at companies such as Arch Re, SCOR, Allstate Re, and General Casualty. Bishop graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Actuarial Science.
