Koen Maassen

Koen Maassen is an experienced professional actively engaged in roles related to energy transition and human capital development. Currently serving as Programmacoördinator Human Capital Agenda at both Topsector Energie and GroenvermogenNL, Maassen coordinates activities to facilitate innovations in the labor market and the green hydrogen economy. Prior experience includes various project coordination roles at Vattenfall and Combi SION, in addition to a consultant position at kWh People. Maassen's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration and an Honours Programme in Interdisciplinary studies from Radboud University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from HAN University.
