Alex Hon is currently the Executive Sous Chef at Toptable Group, where they continue to showcase culinary excellence. Previously, Alex served as a Sous Chef at West Restaurant + Bar from 2008 to 2018, contributing to its reputation as one of Vancouver's top dining experiences. Prior to that, they worked as a Sous Chef at Cactus Club Cafe from 2005 to 2008, where they helped craft vibrant global cuisine. Alex holds a Diploma of Culinary Arts from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, earned between 2007 and 2008.
