Maxime Renaud is an experienced mixologist currently working at Toptable Group as a bartender at Bar Oso since July 2021. Prior to this role, Maxime was a mixologist at Bar Jjacques from November 2019 to October 2021 and served as a server and bartender at Restaurant Legende Par La Tanière from May 2014 to November 2019. Additionally, Maxime held a seasonal position as Chef de Rang at Le Bistro from October 2016 to March 2017. Early experience includes working as an aide caviste at Vignoble Klur during the 2015 harvest season, where responsibilities included wine sales and tastings. Maxime holds a professional specialization certificate in sommellerie from École Hôtelière de la Capital and a DEP in restaurant service from École de Formation Professionnelle Fierbourg.
