Rohan Patil is an experienced pastry chef currently working at Braven Restaurant and Alchemy Bar since March 2024. With a background that includes roles as sous chef at Toptable Group and pastry sous chef at Thierry - Chocolaterie, Patisserie, Cafe and Araxi Restaurant + Oyster Bar, Rohan has developed a strong foundation in pastry arts. Prior experience includes a position in patisserie with Carnival Cruise Line and a commis chef role at Hyatt Pune. Rohan holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from IHM Gwalior and additional education from Kendriya Vidyalaya Southern Command.
