Atanas Pavlov

Atanas Pavlov is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading development teams and co-founding tech ventures. At Toptal, Atanas has served as a Software Engineering Team Lead since October 2015. As Co-Founder of SysMo Ltd. since 2010, Atanas has been instrumental in driving innovative projects. Previously, from December 2015 to May 2021, Atanas led the team at Precision For Medicine, where the focus was on developing a cloud application for analyzing and visualizing genomic and biomedical data for personalized medicine. Earlier in Atanas's career, a role as a Simulation Engineer at BMW from June 2006 to June 2010 was undertaken. Atanas Pavlov holds a Master of Science degree in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earned in 2006.
