Dmitry Petrashev

Dmitry Petrashev is a product leader with over 15 years of experience in various roles, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Toptal since 2020. Dmitry has successfully built and scaled multiple product teams, enhancing freelancer engagement through innovative tools such as an AI-powered job description generator. Prior to Toptal, Dmitry held positions as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager, driving operational improvements and significant user engagement increases. Dmitry began their career as a Technician in system research at FSUE LONIIS and has also worked as a System Analyst at RTC Argus and a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner at Dell. They earned their degree from Saint Petersburg State Polytechnical University between 2006 and 2009.
