Mike Rudenko

Mike Rudenko is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various technical leadership roles. Currently serving as a Software Technical Lead at Toptal since May 2022, Mike has previously held positions as JS Tech Lead at OpenTag, Front End Lead at iVE.ONE, and Senior Software Engineer at both EPAM Systems and SandSIV Group. Beginning a career as a Software Engineer at Upwork, Mike has developed a solid foundation in software development, culminating in a Bachelor's degree in Software Development from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'​, earned between 2013 and 2017.
