🟢 Ole Goethe

Ole Goethe is an accomplished Total Experience Designer at Toptal since 2022 and currently serves as the Interim Chief Product Officer at Correlate. With a strong academic background, Ole holds positions as an Associate Professor at both Kristiania University College and Nord University, and has contributed to research as a Visiting Researcher at Chalmers University of Technology and IdeasLab. Additionally, Ole has co-founded the Gamification Lab and leads the Systems of Engagement Lab as Director. An experienced educator, Ole was also a Visiting Professor at Hyper Island from 2014 to 2020. Ole's educational credentials include an MFA in Motion Picture and a BFA in Character Animation from the Academy of Art University, an Executive Program in Project Management from BI Norwegian Business School, and a BSC in Multimedia Computing from the University of Westminster.
