Rodrigo Heck

Rodrigo Heck is a Senior Data Scientist at Toptal, specializing in analytics and AI applications such as autonomous call centers and domain-specific chatbots since January 2022. Prior to Toptal, Rodrigo co-founded Pexpert, a platform connecting consultants with users, and served as CTO. Experience includes roles as a Data Scientist at James Tip, where ML algorithms were developed for inventory decision-making, and as a Junior Data Scientist at Data Science Brigade and Postmetria, focusing on data analysis, visualization, and natural language processing to enhance client efficiency and consumer sentiment analysis. Rodrigo holds a Micromaster in Statistics and Data Science from MITx and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, supplemented by an exchange program in Economics at the University of Göttingen.
