Ciprian Baciu has extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership, currently serving as Senior OEMS Engineering Manager and Director Of Engineering at LSEG TORA since September 2009. Baciu has developed UI components for TORA's OEMS desktop GUI and led teams focused on market data aggregation and algorithmic trading strategies. Prior to this, Baciu was a Technical Team Lead at Caspian from February 2018 to February 2020, where responsibilities included developing crypto exchanges connectivity adapters and managing cryptographic key systems.
