Guilherme Fernandes

Guilherme Fernandes has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Guilherme served as the Vice President of Global Sales at Toradex from January 2021 to the present, where they are responsible for overseeing sales operations worldwide. Prior to this, they held the position of Director at Toradex Brasil, where they successfully established and developed the company's distribution office in Brazil. Guilherme played a key role in introducing the company brand in the country and effectively managed project discussions related to technical and business aspects.

Before joining Toradex, Guilherme worked as an Engineering Manager at Equitron Automação Eletrônico Mecânica Ltda from January 2005 to October 2011. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing industrial automation machines for the testing and assembly of automotive parts. Guilherme also managed a team of software developers specialized in PLC/SCADA/Data Acquisition software.

In addition, Guilherme pursued their Mechatronics Engineering Master's degree at the Engineering School of São Carlos - University of São Paulo from January 2012 to September 2013.

Guilherme Fernandes has a solid education background in the field of mechatronics, robotics, and automation engineering. From 2001 to 2005, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Building upon this foundation, they pursued further studies at USP and successfully completed their Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in mechatronics, robotics, and engineering control and automation from 2012 to 2013.
