Becca Russell

Becca Russell is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational strategy, currently serving as the Chief of People and Opportunity Development at Torani since April 2022. Russell previously held the role of Chief Member at Chief, a network aimed at advancing women in leadership, for a brief period in late 2021. Prior to these roles, Russell spent over five years at FORMA Brands as Head of People and Organizational Strategy, including leadership positions at Morphe and Elevate Brandpartners. Russell's extensive career also includes significant roles at Bare Escentuals, Levi Strauss & Co., The CustomerCare Group, Restoration Hardware, and Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, with a strong focus on business transformation and human resources management across various sectors.
