Lisa Ahart

Lisa Ahart, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, EPL, currently serves as Senior Vice President of US Corporate HR & Compliance for Toray Industries America, a role commenced in April 2025 that expands their influence beyond Toray Plastics America. Previously, Lisa held various positions at Toray Plastics America from March 2003 to April 2025, including Vice President of US Corporate HR & EHC and Vice President of US Corp HR and EHS, where Lisa acted as a key liaison for US HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws. Prior experience includes the role of Employee Relations Manager at St. Joseph Health Services of RI from 1997 to 2001. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from Rhode Island College.
