Tracey Luellen

Tracey Luellen, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Senior Human Resources Manager at Toray Plastics (America), Inc. since January 2013, having previously held roles such as Human Resources Manager, HR Site Manager, and Senior HR Generalist within the same organization. Prior to that, Tracey worked at Telos Corporation as an HR Generalist from November 2005 to January 2013 and gained experience as an HR Analyst at both the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments and NRECA from 1992 to 1999. Tracey holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, a Certificat de Langue Francaise from L'Universite Paris-Sorbonne, a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and French from SUNY Geneseo, and has pursued graduate study in Public Administration at The George Washington University.
