Pat Griffin

Pat Griffin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2005, Pat worked as an Investigator at James Mintz Group. In 2006, Pat joined Harvard College and the Harvard Financial Aid Initiative, holding roles as an Admissions/Financial Aid Officer and later as Director of the initiative. Pat continued working at Harvard Business School as an MBA Candidate from 2011 to 2013. In 2010, Pat joined Fullbridge, Inc. as a founding team member and held positions as Director of Product Development and Associate Head Coach. From 2012 to 2015, Pat worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company. Pat then joined Catalant Technologies in 2015, where they held the role of Enterprise Sales Director until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Pat served as the VP of Enterprise Sales at Catalant Technologies. Most recently, Pat joined Retrieve Technologies, Inc. in 2020 as the VP of Sales and Marketing before transitioning to the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Torc in 2022.

Pat Griffin attended Saint John's High School from 1997 to 2001. Following this, Pat Griffin pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in History and Literature at Harvard University from 2001 to 2005. Later, from 2011 to 2013, Pat Griffin enrolled at Harvard Business School to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
