Ben Ryan

Ben Ryan serves as Associate General Counsel at Torc Robotics since April 2023, leading a team focused on patents, M&A transactions, commercial agreements, and more, while also contributing to business strategy as part of the Senior Leadership Team. Previously, as Senior Counsel at Torc Robotics, Ben established a patent program achieving over 100 annual filings and managed numerous internal matters. Prior roles include Assistant General Counsel at Promontory MortgagePath LLC, where Ben oversaw customer sales deal flow and developed patent and open-source software programs, and Associate positions at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck and Fenwick & West. Ben holds a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
