Prior to their current role, Jessica worked as an Associate General Counsel at Summit Funding, Inc., providing legal advice and support to the non-bank lender. With experience in civil litigation, privacy, compliance, and international trade/export control, Jessica has a diverse legal background. Jessica holds a J.D./LL.M. from the University of Washington School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Chinese from Oregon State University.
