Dylan Nelson is an accomplished technical recruiter with a strong background in software engineering, systems engineering, product safety, and program management. Currently serving as a Staff Technical Recruiter at Torc Robotics since September 2021, Dylan has played a pivotal role in shaping and executing recruitment strategies. Prior to this role, Dylan was the Lead Technical Recruiter for Engineering at Virginia Tech, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive recruitment strategies and collaborating with hiring managers. Dylan's recruiting career began at Apex Systems, where experience as a Professional and Technical Recruiter focused on software and systems engineering was gained. Dylan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance from Radford University and has foundational education in Non-Professional General Legal Studies from Patrick & Henry Community College.
