Kathy Foss

Kathy Foss is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Torc Robotics since July 2024, Kathy has previously held significant roles at Motional, including Principal Engineering Team Lead for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Senior SRE Team Lead for the USA. Prior to that, Kathy was a Principal Member of Technical Staff at Draper and an Infrastructure Software Development Team Lead at Raytheon. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, earned in January 2012.
