Meghan Juanarena

Meghan Juanarena is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in both autonomous technology and cloud services. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Torc Robotics since August 2019, Meghan focuses on expanding the team's capabilities in the field of autonomous vehicle solutions. Prior to this role, Meghan worked at Rackspace from January 2011 to August 2019, advancing from Technical Recruiter to Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included overseeing a flexible recruitment team and collaborating with leaders to attract top technical talent. Meghan holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Radford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
