Tricia C. Shaffer, PMP, CSM, is a seasoned professional and business owner with extensive experience in safety engineering and independent verification and validation, particularly in the aerospace sector. Currently serving as Test Safety Engineering Manager at Torc Robotics, Tricia establishes and maintains safety protocols for autonomous vehicles and supports operational testing. As a Senior Consultant at KLS Government Services, Tricia has led various NASA projects, integrating cybersecurity analysis with IV&V methodologies and managing significant contracts. With a background in software engineering and production management, Tricia has held roles encompassing technical leadership, personnel management, and business development.
