Nidhi has worked as a Vice President at Torch Partners and as an independent consultant, providing strategy and investment advice. Nidhi has also held senior roles at Finablr and UAE Exchange, where they led the corporate development division and successfully executed multiple M&A deals. Their responsibilities included deal discovery, financial analysis, post-acquisition integration, and advising acquired entities on financial planning. Nidhi's expertise lies in driving growth strategies through inorganic and organic initiatives.
Nidhi Pandit has a B-Tech degree in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Nidhi also holds an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Dubai. Currently, they are pursuing an MSc in Leadership and Strategy from the London Business School. Additionally, Nidhi has obtained several certifications including CISI Qualifications from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst from Corporate Finance Institute®, International Mergers & Acquisitions Expert from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances, and Certified Valuation Analyst from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Dubai.
