Alex Armstrong has extensive military experience, currently serving as a CGSOC Small Group Leader/Instructor and Army Space Operations Officer in the United States Army Reserve since March 2021. Concurrently, Alex works at Torch Technologies, Inc. as a Space Situational Awareness Analyst and Exercise Developer since November 2021. Previous roles include an Area Manager II at Amazon and an Infantry Officer in the US Army from June 2007 to March 2021, holding various positions such as Armor Battalion Executive Officer and Chief of Future Operations for the Joint Special Operations Command. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The Ohio State University and a Master’s degree in International Relations from Webster University, coupled with attendance at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
