Bill Howle is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Torch Technologies since June 2006, Bill has previously held significant roles, including Program Manager at Time Domain Corporation from 2000 to 2006, Software Engineer at Coleman Research Corporation between 1994 and 1999, and Computer Engineer at NASA MSFC from 1987 to 1994. Bill holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Alabama in Huntsville (1987-1991) and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Auburn University (1982-1987).
