Bill Koons

Bill Koons is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and program management within the engineering sector. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Development at Torch Technologies, Inc. since October 2018, Bill has a rich background that includes over a decade as Executive Director at General Atomics, where responsibilities encompassed managing a team of over 80 engineers and providing services to NASA and DoD customers. Prior to that, Bill co-founded Blue Street Studios, acting as VP Engineering and Chief Engineer, and held program management roles at AniVision and OTI, focusing on consumer products and software development. Bill holds a Master of Science in Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University.
