Carlo Frenda

Carlo Frenda is an experienced Systems Design Engineer at Torch Technologies, Inc. since November 2021 and has concurrently served as a Cyber Transport Specialist for Air Force Special Operations Command since January 2018, where responsibilities include providing communications and information systems for command and control of Special Operations Forces worldwide and responding to state emergencies as directed by the governor.
