Cathy McDonald Shrm-Scp

Cathy McDonald, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources and Employee Engagement at Torch Technologies, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this role, Cathy held various positions at InterFuze Corporation, including Vice-President and Director of Human Resources from January 2020 to July 2022. During a significant tenure at COLSA Corporation from May 2008 to December 2019, Cathy was also the Director of Human Resources. Additionally, Cathy served as the Director of Human Resources at Qualis Corporation from May 2006 to May 2008 and began at COLSA Corporation in May 2003 as a Human Resources Specialist/Employment. Earlier in the career, Cathy was the Human Resources Manager/Payroll Specialist at FLS, Inc. dba Foreign Language Services from October 1996 to May 2003. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Jacksonville State University and graduated from Virgil I. Grissom High School in Huntsville, AL.
