Clay Hagan has extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industry, currently serving as an Employee-Owner and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Torch Technologies, Inc. since December 2003. Hagan has held various leadership roles at Torch Technologies, including Vice President, Senior Director, and Director, all while managing the EXPRESS program. Prior to joining Torch Technologies, Clay Hagan worked as a Senior Engineer at Milec from 2002 to 2003.
