Jake Wyte

Jake Wyte is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in the missile defense sector, currently serving as Test Engineer II at Torch Technologies, Inc. since November 2018. In this role, Jake actively participates in live fire test events for the Ballistic Missile Defense System, collecting and briefing mission data to the engineering community. Previous positions include Modeling and Simulations Engineer II and I, where Jake operated simulation models for theater ground tests and developed high fidelity simulations for the PATRIOT Missile Defense System. Prior experiences include leading a team in the design and production of unmanned glider transport systems at Aircraft Senior Design and interning at SCSWORX Smart Creative Space, managing administrative functions. Jake holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
