Joe Finnegan

Joe Finnegan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in defense, business consulting, and insurance sales. Currently serving as a Senior C-UAS Requirements Analyst at Torch Technologies, Inc. since April 2021, Joe previously held the position of C-UAS Senior Advisor at Corvus Consulting from June 2019 to January 2023. Joe began a career in the insurance sector as an Agent at New York Life Insurance Company between May 2017 and June 2019. Before this, Joe was the President of Fairlead LLC, providing consulting services to start-ups and small businesses from July 2014 to April 2017, and served as Vice President at Innovative Aviation Services, Inc., overseeing corporate strategy and client relations from May 2006 to July 2014. A notable tenure with the US Navy from 1986 to 2006 included roles such as MQ-8B FireScout UAS Requirements Officer and HSL-40 Executive Officer. Joe holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, Marketing from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the State University of New York College at Cortland.
