Kala Golden

Kala Golden is an experienced proposal manager currently working at Torch Technologies, Inc. since July 2023. Prior to this role, Kala served as a freelance editor, providing extensive editing services across various academic and legal documents since February 2014. Kala held positions as a proposal coordinator at PeopleTec from October 2018 to July 2023 and as NASA Technical Lead & Coordinator at the Earth System Science Center at The University of Alabama in Huntsville from March 2016 to October 2018. Additional experience includes technical writing during an internship at Sanmina and project management at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Kala also interned in proposal writing at BID Designs and worked in case management and legal assistance at Cory Watson Crowder & DeGaris. Kala holds a Master's Degree in English from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor's Degree in Classics from Samford University.
