Rachel Kaczanoski

Rachel Kaczanoski is an experienced test engineer currently working at Torch Technologies, Inc. since April 2022, where responsibilities include leading test planning efforts for the Air Force Penetrating Weapons Evaluation Program. Previously, Rachel served as a Technical Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., continuing in the same role that focuses on integrating customer objectives into measurable requirements. Prior roles include Principal Systems Engineer at SAIC, where similar test planning duties were performed, and various leadership positions within the United States Air Force, including Chief of the NAVWAR Modeling & Simulation Branch and Test Section Chief. Rachel's military career involved managing extensive teams and budgets, conducting live-fire tests, and evaluating defensive systems. Rachel earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and completed Squadron Officer School in 2015.
