Ryan McCall has worked for a variety of companies since 2011. Ryan began their career as a Server/Trainer at PJ Clarke's where they helped develop a new training program and served as a representative between management and staff. In 2016, they moved to Thea's English Standard Tea as the NYC Metro Sales Manager. In 2017, they became a Payments Account Executive and Sales Development Representative at Revel Systems. In 2018, they joined Pared as a Sales Manager, where they increased sales attainment by 300% YoY and revenue by 280% YoY. Ryan also managed a team of 10 full-cycle Account Executives, conducted weekly one-on-one meetings and was responsible for hiring and retaining top-level talent. In 2020, they joined Policygenius Inc. as a Senior Sales Manager and Sales Manager. Currently, they are a Senior Sales Manager at Torch Technology.
Ryan McCall attended Plymouth State University from 2006 to 2010 and received a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre Arts: Music Theatre Performance.
