Amanda Weng has had a diverse work experience. Amanda began their career in 2013 as a Teaching Assistant for Breakthrough New York. In 2014, they moved into a Tutor role for the same company. In 2015, they worked as an Intern for Roosevelt and Cross Inc. and as a Building Bridges Secretary and Science Teacher at Demos for Yale University. In 2016, they worked as a Lab Intern for Albert Einstein College of Medicine. In 2018, they worked as an Undergraduate Researcher for Turner Lab at Yale University. Finally, in 2019, they began their current role as an Associate Product Manager, Business Operations Associate, Senior Business Operations Analyst, and Business Operations Analyst for Torch Technology.

Dana Sevcik has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2017. In 2021, they began working as a Technical Lead and Software Engineer at Torch Technology. In 2020, they worked as a Software Engineer at Hunterz.io, where they built a comprehensive admin dashboard with efficient search mechanisms and data visualizations for thousands of platform users. Dana also led a frontend refactor with a focus on DRY, scalable code while prioritizing and optimizing time-to-market. In 2019, they were a Software Engineering Instructor at Flatiron School, where they delivered and critiqued lectures on core program material and coached students on debugging code, project scoping, domain modeling, and meeting project deliverables. Lily Zhang began their career in 2018 as a Business Consultant at Canwell Business Connections Inc., where they prepared and reviewed business venture proposals from international investors and provided translation services for Mandarin speaking business clients, resulting in 5 investments between Chinese investors and Canadian company founders. Lily also conducted organizational and administrative tasks to improve office efficiency and employee experience. 

In 2019, Lily joined Torch Technology as a Strategy & Business Operations Intern. During their summers in 2019 and 2020, they built price comparison analyses for prospective practices, analyzing spend and projected savings through the Torch platform, increasing customer funnel conversion rates by 10%. Lily also executed complex onboarding workflows consisting of sourcing, cleansing, and uploading product datasets from dental distributors to establish robust product histories for Torch users. 

Lily was promoted to Strategy & Bizops Analyst in 2021. Lily performed root cause analyses on 400,000 SKUs to identify patterns and issues in product catalog quality to improve automated data curation tools. Lily also cleansed data to remove duplicate products and supply vendors, standardize catalog images, resulting in a 20% increase in cart optimization. Additionally, they led and managed an outsourcing team to improve catalog quality by creating detailed workflows to efficiently complete projects, resulting in decreased item returns.

Ian Mooney has worked in three different companies in the past three years. In 2021, they began working as a Business Operations Senior Analyst at Torch Technology.
