IT Solutions Architect, Enterprise Applications at Torch

Adam Guenther has held a variety of technical support and IT roles over the past 12 years. From 2008 to 2016, they worked as an In-Store Trainer and Mac Genius at Apple, where they provided efficient troubleshooting, triage and repair of Apple Macintosh hardware, Mac OS, iOS, iPhones, iPads and Apple software and services. Adam also trained and mentored future technicians and educated the store community on new products and services. From 2016 to 2019, Adam worked at SUNY Geneseo as a Technology Support Professional and Coordinator of Student Technical Assistants, where they provided high level support to faculty, staff, and students and managed accounts and devices in Active Directory and G-Suite. Currently, Adam is the Manager of Technical Support at Torch, where they are responsible for managing technical support operations for the Torch web application and building and managing Corporate IT operations with 3 office locations and remote employees.

Adam Guenther has an education history that spans from 2001 to 2019. Adam obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) from Finger Lakes Community College in 2003, majoring in Audio Recording/Music. In 2011, they completed a course in Presentation and Interpersonal leadership skills from Dale Carnegie. Adam also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from SUNY Geneseo in 2019. Theirsecondary education includes Starpoint High School, which they attended until 2001.
