Danielle Francis

Danielle Francis is a Co-Founder and CEO at bCOACHED., where the focus is on assisting scaleups in overcoming growth-related challenges through practical workshops and training. Currently serving as a lecturer and facilitator at IESE Business School, Danielle teaches Club Management and facilitates Communications within the MBA program. Additionally, Danielle lectures on Design Thinking and Innovation at United International Business School and serves as a leadership coach with both EZRA Coaching and Torch, providing guidance to executives and high performers. With a background in entrepreneurship education at EU Business School, Danielle has developed and delivered various courses related to entrepreneurship and innovation. Previous experiences include executive leadership coaching at Pilea, co-founding A Fine Circle, and holding senior roles in product development at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas. Danielle holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
