Esther Bailey-Bass

Esther Bailey-Bass, ACC, CPCC, is the Founder and CEO of EBB 'n Flow Leadership, specializing in coaching, speaking, and training since 2015. With a focus on multi-dimensional leadership, Esther employs the Co-Active Coaching model to facilitate individual transformation and redefine leadership dynamics. Currently serving as a Leadership Development and Performance Coach at Torch, as well as a Cultural Entrepreneurship Success Coach for Black Business Boom, Esther is dedicated to empowering individuals and enhancing business performance. Additionally, Esther has held roles as a Positive Intelligence Coach and a Board Examiner at the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence. With prior experience in corporate sales at Market Enginuity and Nashville Public Radio, coupled with educational qualifications including a Mini MBA from Belmont University and a BS in Business and Organizational Communications from The University of Akron, Esther combines extensive expertise in leadership and coaching to drive success for diverse clients.
