Mary S. serves as the Senior Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness and Employee Experience at The Child Center of NY since March 2023, while also being the Founder and President of Damano Group, LLC since April 2020, where the focus is on coaching and organizational solutions that enhance performance. Previously, Mary held multiple roles at The Child Center of NY, including Director of Talent Strategy and Development and Vice President of Talent and Change Management, and has been a Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp since September 2021. Additional experience includes serving as a Facilitator and Coach for Bon Secours Health System, along with various positions in human resources, recruitment, and organizational development throughout a distinguished career spanning over three decades. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Leadership and Organization Effectiveness from Troy University, a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from LeMoyne College, and an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
