Mekayla Castro

Mekayla Castro is an experienced professional in organizational development and learning, currently serving as Principal Organizational Development & Learning Strategist at Torch since May 2025. Prior to this role, Mekayla was Head of Curriculum at Praxis Labs and Head of Learning Experience Design at BetterUp, where efforts included designing immersive learning experiences and expanding teams to enhance user engagement.
