Rafael Boker

Rafael Boker is a seasoned educator and leadership coach with a diverse background in sciences, mathematics, and chemistry, currently teaching at Ironi Daled High School. With extensive experience in coaching, Rafael supports organizational growth as a leadership coach at Torch and has held various roles at The Coaches Training Institute since 2006, including faculty member and certification program leader. Additionally, Rafael serves as a training facilitator and agile coach at Learning Tree International, and previously held senior positions in learning and development at Teva Pharmaceuticals and Cleo. With a strong foundation in experiential learning and organizational development, Rafael has collaborated with top-tier clients and designed numerous training programs, complemented by a solid educational background that includes degrees in Chemistry, Psychology, and Osteopathy, as well as ongoing studies toward a Master of Teaching in Chemistry.
